Abstract:   (580 Views)
Morphological and dielectric properties of (x)PbFe12O19/(1-x)Ni0.3Cu0.2Zn0.5Fe2O4 (x = 0, 6, 12, 30, 60, 100) nanocomposites have been investigated. The samples were analyzed using X-ray diffractometer, Field-emission scanning electron microscope and LCR meter. Increasing the porosity of samples by adding intermediate lead hexaferrite caused a decrease in the value of the real part of the dielectric constant. The obtained results show that the conduction process in the samples is dominant due to the charge carrier short-range motion which is explained by the small polaron hopping mechanism.
