Introduction

Iranian Journal of Crystallography and Mineralogy (IJCM) is the pioneer professional journal of the Iranian Society of Crystallography and Mineralogy being published quarterly to present the peer-reviewed latest scientific research findings in the related fields of crystallography and mineralogy. The journal welcomes cooperation from all the researchers from different fields in crystallography and mineralogy sciences. We hope, by developing the researches in these fields of basic sciences, can publish each issue more weighty than the previous one.
The Iranian Society of Crystallography and Mineralogy is thd founder of the Iranian Journal of Crystallography and Mineralogy and appoints its Editorial Board and Editor-in-chief. The Scientific aspects of the Journal are supervised by the Editorial Board. The Journal is Published Jointly by the Iranian Society of Crystallography and Mineralogy and the University of Damghan.

History

Iranian Journal of Crystallography and Mineralogy was first published as a semi-quarterly (two issues per year) since spring of 1993. Then, owing to the increased number of the papers submitted to the journal, it has been published quarterly since 2008. The evaluation committee of scientific journals at the Ministry of Sciences, Research and Technology of Iran (MSRT) has approved IJCM as a scientific-research journal since may 2001 and it has been indexed in Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC), as well. Moreover, the journal is published under the licence of reference No. 18977, dated 23th Aug. 2006, from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. Based on the agreement between the Iranian Society of Crystallography and Mineralogy and the University of Damghan, This Journal is published jointty from July 1, 2024.

Open Access Policy and Republishing

Iranian Journal of Crystallography and Mineralogy (IJCM) is an open access journal and currently free to the authors and readers. It is fully compliant with open access mandates, by publishing its articles under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0) . This license allows reusers to redistribute, remix, adopt, and build upon the material in any medium or format for noncommercial purposes, as long as the author of the original work is cited properly. This policy is announced below all abstracts.

Copyright Regulation
Under open access and repudlish license, authors retain ownership of the copyright for their content, but allow anyone to download, reuse, reprint, modify, distribute, and/or copy the content as long as the original authors and source are cited properly.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

As approved by the board of directors of the Iranian Society of Crystallography and Mineralogy, the journal does not charge for submission and reviewing of the manuscripts. However, once an article is accepted, the authors are required to pay 30% of the cost of publishing (800/000 Rials per page, acoording to the approval of Ministry of Scinces, Researchs and Technology maximum of 15/000/000 Rials) The registration and paper publishing fees must be deposited to the current account of the Iranian Society of Crystallography and Mineralogy via the account number of 18779 with Tejarat bank (the branch of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, with branch code of 4250) or the card number of 5859 8370 0291 4303.

All journal articles are archived according to the following two methods:

1.All articles are aandilable and accessible online in PDF format. We also secure backups of all articles on the computer servers at the journal office. In case of website malfunction and loss of online data, materials will be re-uploaded on the website within 24-36 hours.

2. Moreover, every published issue of the journal is sent to the following databases. Therefore, the content can be accessed at any time even in the absence of website operation.

The Iranian Journal of Crystallography and Mineralogy does not adopt any discount policy for submitted articles under any name or title, or under any circumstances.
