در بخش شرقی افیولیت سبزوار در جنوب شرقی سلیمانیه، رگه‌هایی از دیوپسیدیت با رنگ سفید تا سبز کم‌رنگ و پهنای حدود 1 تا 15 سانتی متر درون هارزبورژیت‌های سرپانتینی‌شده گوشته وجود دارد. مرکز رگه‌ها اغلب همگن‌تر است، بافت گرانوبلاستیک دارد و بیشتر شامل کلینوپیروکسن است. مرز بین کلینوپیروکسن خالص و پریدوتیت میزبان معمولاً تدریجی است و بوسیله بافت‌ها و کانی‌های جایگزین مشخص می‌شود. هارزبورژیت میزبان نیز تاحدی دستخوش فرایند دیوپسیدیشدن شده است و لکه‌هایی از درشت بلورهای پلاژیوکلاز دگرسان شده و کلینوپیروکسن با میانبار‌های سرپانتین در سنگ میزبان دیده می‌شود. مجموعه کانی‌ها، روابط صحرایی و ترکیب شیمیایی کانی‌های دیوپسیدیت‌های گوشته در بخش شرقی افیولیت سبزوار نشان می‌دهد که آن‌ها برآمده از گردش سیال­های گرمابی دما بالای (550-900 درجه سانتیگراد) غنی از سیلیس، منیزیوم، کلسیم، کربنات، سولفات و کلرید در گوشته بالایی هستند. این سیال­ها پیش از رسیدن به گوشته، سنگ‌های غنی از پلاژیوکلاز (گابروهای پوسته پایینی) را شسته‌اند.
