چکیده:   (730 مشاهده)
کانسار چندفلزی چومالو در بخش غربی کمربند ماگمایی البرز (البرز-آذربایجان) قرار دارد و رخنمون‌های سنگی آن شامل الیوین‌بازالت، آندزیت‌بازالتی، آندزیت تا تراکی‌آندزیت، داسیت تا ریولیت به سن ائوسن پیشین و توده‌ نفوذی با ترکیب کوارتزمونزونیت به سن ائوسن پسین هستند. کانه‌زایی منطقه در دو روند شرقی-غربی و شمالی- جنوبی تا شمالغرب- جنوب­شرقی در سنگ میزبان آندزیتی و الیوین بازالتی رخ داده است. کانه‌زایی به صورت رگه‌ و رگچه‌ای، پراکنده، پرکننده فضای خالی به شکل درون‌زاد و برون‌زاد طی سه مرحله رخ داده است. کانی‌‌های باطله بیشتر کوارتز و فلوئوریت هستند. بررسی‌های زمین شیمیایی همبستگی مثبت بین عناصر سرب و روی، نقره با سرب و روی، مس با سرب و روی را در منطقه چومالو نشان می‌دهد که با نتایج بررسی­های کانی­شناسی و توالی همبرزایی همخوانی دارد. با توجه به سنگ میزبان، کانی‌شناسی، ساخت و بافت می­توان گفت که کانه‌زایی کانسار چندفلزی چومالو شباهت بسیاری به ذخایر فراگرمایی با سولفیدشدگی متوسط دارد.
