سنگ­های دگرگونی واحد یکه چاه در شمال شرق گلپایگان، بخشی از پهنه ساختاری سنندج- سیرجان هستند. این واحد شامل  سنگ­های دگرگونی درجه بالا و میلونیتی بوده که بیشتر از بیوتیت گنیس، بیوتیت گارنت گنیس، آمفیبولیت و ارتوگنیس تشکیل شده است. بیوتیت گنیس و بیوتیت گارنت گنیس­ها میگماتیتی شده­اند. ساختارهای لایه­ای، پتیگمایی، چین­خورده، چشمی، شبکه­ای و لکه­ای در این میگماتیت­ها به چشم می­خورند. لوکوسوم­ها از نوع لوکوسوم­های در خاستگاه و رگه­ای هستند. با توجه به نوع ساختار لوکوسوم­ها و برخی از ریزساختارهای آذرین حفظ شده در آنها، فرآیند غالب تولیدکننده این میگماتیت­ها ذوب­بخشی بوده است. ماکل دوقلوئی ساده در فلدسپار پتاسیم لوکوسوم، بیوتیت خورده شده، حضور مذاب، منطقه­بندی در بعضی از پلاژیوکلازها، بافت سیمپلکتیت در لوکوسوم و مزوسوم، مسکویتی­شدن برخی از کانی­ها، تعدادی از شواهد مهم ذوب­بخشی در این میگماتیت­ها هستند. با توجه به حضور لوکوسوم­ها و پدیده میگماتیتی­شدن، سنگ­های منطقه مورد بررسی دچار یک مرحله افزایش دما تا رسیدن به ذوب بخشی شده­اند و سپس دگرگونی پسرونده را طی سردشدگی پشت سر گذاشته­اند. شواهد دگرگونی پسرونده در این نمونه­ها شامل تبدیل روتیل به اسفن و ایلمنیت، بافت سیمپلکتیت (کوارتز + مسکویت)، بافت میرمکیت (کوارتز + پلاژیوکلاز)، گارنت آتولی، تجزیه گارنت به کوارتز و کلریت است.
