Abstract:   (141 Views)
In this research, zeolite ZMS-5 was synthesized by hydrothermal method and ion-exchanging of Na+ with Co2+ within the zeolite was occurred. Schiff- base ligand (L) (L= 6,6'-((1E,1'E)-(ethane-1,2-diylbis(azanylylidene))bis(methanylylidene))bis(2-methoxyphenol)) was prepared with the reaction of 2-Hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde  and ethylenediamine. The flexible ligand (FL) method was used for the capsulated of complex into of the zeolite cage. The structure of capsulated zeolite with Co-L complex was characterized by FT-IR and XRD, and the size and morphology of compound was determined with SEM.
