چکیده:   (932 مشاهده)
کانسار روی سرب باریت مهدی‌آباد در پهنه ساختاری ایران مرکزی و 116 کیلومتری جنوب شرقی یزد قرار دارد. سنگ میزبان کانسار، سنگ‌ آهک دولومیتی سازند تفت به سن کرتاسه پیشین است. مهمترین کانه‌های اقتصادی در پهنه کانسنگ یال شرقی کانسار مهدی‌آباد، همی‌مورفیت، هیدروزینسیت، سروزیت و کالکوفانیت هستند. بافت کانسنگ بیشتر جانشینی، برشی و پرکننده فضای خالی است. در اثر فرآیندهای برونزایی و هوازدگی، کانی‌های سولفیدی اسفالریت و گالن به کانی‌های غیرسولفیدی همی‌مورفیت، هیدروزینسیت و سروزیت تبدیل شده‌اند. نتایج تجزیه شیمیایی نشان می‌دهد که عناصر موجود در کانسنگ به سه گروه عناصر خاکزاد، سازنده سنگ میزبان و کانسنگ‌ساز تقسیم می‌شوند. تشکیل دولومیت‌های غنی از آهن، آنکریت و سیدریت، غلظت بالای عناصر آهن و منگنز در سیال کانه‌زا را نشان می‌دهد. با توجه به نتایج بررسی­های انجام شده، کانسار مهدی‌آباد، بسیار شبیه کانسارهای نوع دره ‌می‌سی‌سی‌پی است.
